We invest heavily in inventory in advance, anticipating requirements – so our customers won’t need to. Our company supports its customers’ needs by purchasing materials beforehand and having them available for same-day or scheduled shipments. DFAR Compliancy and ITAR Controls are in place and detailed record-keeping ensures all material traceability is correctly maintained.

We pride ourselves in personal service and responsiveness which is why we do not have voicemail; a live customer service rep will always answer the line. And the HC Pacific internal customer service team has the technical expertise to provide answers to all product inquiries and has complete autonomy to make immediate decisions.

Andrew Pramschufer
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Pramschufer been running businesses in the aerospace industry for over 20 years. Andrew’s specialties include:
  • Supply chain and distribution optimization using advanced data analytics
  • Aerospace sourcing and supplier risk reduction / control
  • OEM, MRO, US Government, and Foreign Military Business Development and Sales Execution
  • Extensive kaizen / continuous improvement experience  (manufacturing and front-office)
Andrew previously held executive roles at Ontic Corporation, a division of BBA Aviation plc, a British multinational aviation products and services company headquartered in London, United Kingdom.  Prior to BBA Aviation, Andrew held leadership roles at Eaton, Danaher, Wetmore Tool and Engineering, Dacor, and Rain Bird Sprinkler Manufacturing Company.
Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management, University of California, Riverside (UCR) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from UCR.  Andrew is Certified in Financial Management (CFM) through the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
Monica Peters

Vice President of Finance and Administration

Monica has been providing accounting services for 24 years. Her knowledge and experience help her provide the company with financial reports, a well-maintained system of accounting records, and strategies to mitigate risk. Monica’s specialties include:
  • Experienced in controllership functions including production of financials, ledger processes, account reconciliation, budgeting and working capital management.
  • Expertise includes management of human resources, employee renumeration, and payroll.
  • Leads, administers, and directs all aspect of corporate information technology and systems.
Monica has been performing accounting services for multiple companies in the Southern California area since 1995. Companies like; Toshiba America Medical Systems, Platinum Produce Inc., and Diversified Distributors Inc.
Monica has an associate degree in communications from Cal State Fullerton.
Juan C. Chanax

Vice President of Operations

Juan Chanax focuses on handling inventories, budgeting, implementing new technologies, and quality assurance. For 20 years in the aerospace industry, Juan has focused on great performance from his staff, and high customer satisfaction. Juan’s specialties include:
  • Large scale organization of industrial plants and equipment
  • Personnel optimization and improvement
  • Extensive +QDIP, Kaizen, Value Stream experience
Juan previously held a management role at Wetmore Tool & Engineering in Chino California. Prior to Wetmore, Juan held management roles at BBA Aviation, Dacor Corporation, and B/S/H
Juan is certified on Manufacturing Engineering through the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and he has a bachelor’s in accounting and business management from the University of San Carlos Guatemala.
Amanda Meeks-Turner

Amanda Meeks-Turner

Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Amanda is an accomplished Sales and Business Development Manager with over 15 years of extensive experience in account management, business development, client service, operations, product support/development, and the identification of customer business needs. Amanda is a top producer, team builder, and natural leader that allows her to analyze operational strategies and implement plans while supporting initiatives that drive growth and value. Amanda’s specialties include:

  • Experienced in building professional relationships with key stakeholders within an enterprise to improve revenue growth and profit
  • Skilled at performing analysis and targeting accounts for the introduction of new products
  • Successful in collaborating with internal departments to maintain high levels of service for clients, provide effective solutions, and develop new service offerings.

Amanda has held sales and business development positions for multiple companies in southern California such as Reliance Steel and Aluminum, International Education Corporation, B & H Education Corporation. 

Amanda has an associate degree in computer technology from Westwood College, Denver Colorado. 

Guido Fonseca
Director Of Supplier Performance
Guido Fonseca has been in the industry for 30 years. He utilizes his experience and extensive knowledge to ensure the high quality, and on time delivery, of products. Guido’s specialties include:
  • Knowledge of distribution and manufacturing and its processes
  • Extensive understanding with Boeing, Lockheed, and Triumph
  • +QDIP knowledge
Over his 30 years, Guido has gone from the ground up in the industry. Guido began as an inspector and has made his way up to director.
Guido has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Rosendo Gomez

Vice President / General Manager – Bristol Machine

Rosendo has been in the industry for 35 years. His experience and expertise help him manage Bristol Machine’s sales and purchases. Rosendo’s specialties include:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing
  • Considerable knowledge of structural steel
  • Expansive experience in the industry
Over his 35 years, Rosendo has gone from customer service and sales, to sales director. Rosendo managed the inside and outside
sales of Bonanza Nut and Bolt and worked other sales positions at Industrial Threaded Products and Pacific Coast Bolt.
Melissa Danieley

Director of Quality Management Systems and Compliance

Melissa Danieley utilizes her extensive knowledge and experience, with auditing, to ensure the best customer products and operating environment. Melissa also ensures H.C. Merchandiser’s high-quality standards are kept. Melissa’s specialties include:
  • Trained in Aviation Suspect Unapproved Parts
  • AS9100: 20 16 Rev D Lead Audit Training
  • Dangerous Goods Training
Melissa previously held an auditing role at Sam’s club, Prior to her role with the auditing department, Melissa held management roles at Sam’s club.
Melissa has general education from Riverside Community College.
